Good Mourning Author Presentation with Christina Herr

Join author Christina Herr for a heartfelt and honest conversation about grief, healing, and finding meaning after loss. In this talk, Christina will share an excerpt of her debut book Good Mourning, a collection of narrative reflections written after losing her parents, grandparents, and best friend all by the age of 32, and will share how writing became a way to process grief and navigate life's most difficult moments.
Christina will share more about the complicated emotions that come with loss and the ways people can continue moving forward while still honoring their loved ones. The event will include a reading from Good Mourning, practical tools for navigating grief, and time for audience questions and discussion.
This program is for anyone who has experienced loss, supports someone who is grieving, or is interested in the healing power of storytelling.
